1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


2. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, if available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or a refund instead.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
