1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Note: During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@djslittlethisnthat.com.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@djslittlethisnthat.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, we will do everything we can to help locate your order. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand in the future and will update this policy once international delivery becomes available.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to:
